Reminder...Tomorrow my homeroom students will be celebrating their September DOJO reward by having "Personal Device Day"! For part of our class period, the students will be allowed to play on/with the personal device that they bring from home. If you are not comfortable letting them bring something, or if they don't have a personal device, I will give them a school laptop to use during this time! I will expect the devices to remain in their lockers during the rest of the day when they are not in class with me! Thank you for helping us celebrate!

Reminder...Report cards will be mailed home this week. If you would like to know your child's quarter grades before the mailing reaches you, take a look on parent portal! It is a great way to stay up on how your child's grade is progressing!

Final quarter grades will be posted for my sections tomorrow morning. Today the students had an opportunity to make corrections and turn in missing/late work. Corrections will be made tonight and final scores put in! Report cards will be mailed home later in the week!

I wanted to let you know that I have been out with pneumonia all week until this afternoon. I appreciate the patience the children showed while I was gone. Thank you to Mrs. Lovegren for stepping in and keeping the show running while I was down and out!
Reminder...There is a math meeting tonight at 6:30 in the high school auditorium. Please come with any questions or ideas you may have to make our transition into the new series more positive and effective for our students. Thank you in advance for your attendance and positive energy.

Science: All sections - Begin studying for the lesson 2 quiz (It will be on Monday!)
The students have been given a study guide. Please use that to prep as well as
their science text book, and vocabulary definitions/pictures.

Celebration...Our class had a goal to reach 690 Dojo points for the month of September. They shattered their goal by receiving exactly 1,000 points!!! Congratulations to them! We will pick our prize tomorrow!!
